Rachel Pipan
Rachel Pipan is the managing director and co-founder of Maneuvre, an Amsterdam-based strategy and communications firm specializing in emerging technologies, Web3, longevity, and more. She advises CEOs and organizational leaders on culture, hiring, communications, business development, and strategy. She works with VCs and investors to evaluate the market opportunity, reputation, and long-term success of potential portfolio companies.
Before co-founding Maneuvre, Rachel led communications at European blockchain and technology unicorn Bitfury. In doing so, she evolved the communications and reputation for what grew to be one of the most notable European emerging technologies start-ups and several of its spinoff companies. Before joining Bitfury in 2016, Rachel was on the media strategies and services team at Edelman Public Relations in Washington, DC. Dedicated to supporting visionary start-ups, women and other underrepresented groups, she is a fierce advocate of disruptive technology and ways of working.

Rachel received her MA in Strategic Communications from American University and her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Business as an honored graduate of Auburn University.
