The LSF is excited to announce the first ever Longevity Science Summit in Miami - the future hub of Longevity sciences in the US. Our goal is to increase the exposure of research on healthy human Longevity and unite the local community for an evening of networking and celebration. This event aims to highlight the remarkable advancements in this rapidly growing field and raise $250,000 to support cutting-edge research projects. All donations are tax-deductible, as the LSF is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

The event will bring together a dynamic mix of attendees, including longevity enthusiasts, venture capitalists, private equity professionals, philanthropists, PhDs, MDs, local government representatives, business owners, and UHNW individuals. The summit will feature a presentation from LongeVC, a panel discussion, and an exclusive interview, featuring key-opinion leaders from the longevity field and beyond. This is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself and learn more about this rapidly growing field while contributing to the development of life-saving treatments and therapies. We have a unique opportunity to establish Miami as the hub for longevity and do so in the right way. Join us in shaping its identity for the benefit of all.

The Longevity Science Summit will be held in Downtown Miami, and the exact venue details will be shared with those interested in attending. The summit is expected to run for 6-7 hours, with opening remarks from Joshua C. Herring (the Longevity Science Foundation) and Michaeljohn Green (Miami Downtown Development Authority). Additional programming may be added to the schedule, and details regarding time and location will be provided to those interested.

Ella Davar RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian, nutritionist, and health counselor based in New York City. Ella studied nutrition and food science at New York University and completed her professional dietetic practice at Priority Nutrition Care at Mount Sinai Hospital and has over 5 years of experience in health and wellness coaching. Ella began her career at one of the top hospitals in the nation, seeing a wide range of patients, from those who were looking to prevent disease to those with critical illnesses. To further her education, Ella studied integrative nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Prof. Pawel Swietach
Pawel is based at Oxford’s Department of Physiology, Anatomy & Genetics, where he leads research on topics that are central to wellbeing, including oxygen transport, metabolism, and acid-base balance. The group applies their expertise to studies of metabolic diseases affecting the heart, the chemical microenvironment of cancer, and blood-borne transport.

By applying cutting-edge methods on sophisticated biological models, Pawel’s team is now addressing ambitious questions related to aging, with the support of the Longevity Science Foundation (LSF).
Ravindra Ganesh, M.D., is a concierge medicine physician at Baptist Health Concierge Medicine. Dr. Ganesh specializes in providing preventive care and coordinating ongoing medical care for concierge medicine patients. He has expertise in creating holistic, multidisciplinary treatment plans that promote well-being and longevity.

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Ganesh held multiple clinical positions at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. He was an attending physician in the Division of General Internal Medicine, head of the Section of International Medicine, practice chair of Integrative Medicine and Health and medical director of the Long COVID Clinic. He also served as a preceptor and lecturer for medical residents and fellows.

Dr. Jose Antonio
Dr. Antonio earned his PhD and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is the CEO and co-founder of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN.net).

He is a Professor of Exercise and Sport Science at Nova Southeastern University in Davie Florida, and serves on the Scientific Advisory Committee of Liquid Nutrition™, Bear Balanced™, Create™, and the Enhanced Games™ and is a Forbes Health Advisory Board Member.
Sergey Jakimov is a founding partner of LongeVC, a VC fund supporting early-stage biotech and longevity-focused founders who are changing the world.

Serial entrepreneur, having co-founded 3 deep-tech ventures and raised more than $50 million in venture funding for his own ventures and as an entrepreneur in residence. He has worked with several other early-stage companies in the therapeutics space on fundraising, IP protection, and clinical trial strategies, focusing on early treatments in cardiovascular, oncology, and neurodegenerative spaces. Visiting Lecturer to several universities on VC and intellectual property rights, co-authored a master's program in Technology Law for the Riga Graduate School of Law.
