Ilya Suharenko
Ilya is an accomplished investor with more than 17 years of experience in the traditional banking industry, ten of them as a Board Member for the largest privately-owned bank in the Baltics, Rietumu Bank.
He started his career at Rieutumu as a Secretary of the Supervisory Board in 2004, moving onward to become the Senior VP of sales and Advertising in 2019 and to Deputy Head of the Board in 2015. In 2021, he became a Member of the Council of Rietumu Bank.
Ilya is a Founding Member of both LongeVC and the Longevity Science Foundation. He possesses a large range of financial skills, including regulations and risk management, and has overseen a loan book of more than $1 billion.
Ilya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King’s College London.
